@alxmlv Hey Alex, thanks for the feedback! I hear what you are saying about tiered pricing related to video quality and we will have a discussion about that. We are a bit different to Wistia in that we aren't about video marketing but instead about sharing videos within a select group of users and keeping those videos private. We put restrictions on storage so then our users don't need to worry about bandwidth. We are working on view tracking/analytics and is coming soon.

@bobafaux Jon, thanks! The positioning on the landing made me think Wistia. Perhaps, different messaging to make it clearer? 480p in 2014 is a big no-no, IMHO. Wistia offers unlimited storage and 200Gb/mo bandwidth cap, which is enough for most SMEs. If you are thinking about sharing videos between groups while keeping them private then you run up against YouTube (Unlisted), Vimeo (Private Groups) and even DropBox. What makes Orowa special and amazing for this particular use case?

@alxmlv Hey Alex, thanks for your additional feedback! We have taken your feedback about resolutions and now all of our plans support 1080p! As you say there are many other ways you can share private videos with groups of people so first I just want to talk about what we are trying to achieve with Orowa then I will speak to the other options you have mentioned. With Orowa we want to make is simple and safe to share private videos with groups of people. By being safe I mean when you upload your videos you are confidant it will always be kept private and there is no chance of it accidently becoming public. It is important to our customers and vision that videos can’t accidently made public or a URL discovered to a private video. By simple I mean users can upload their videos and not need to do anything else, it is already shared with the appropriate people, secured, working on all devices and tracking information relevant to the business, school, team or group etc. Additionally we want to offer deep information into how the videos are being used, this includes who has watched the video, how many times, how far through etc. This information can then be used to give insights to a business around training, process complexity, etc. Dropbox (I love Dropbox) is an obvious first place to share private videos. For this to work every person needs to have a paid account (shared folders/files count to your usage) or use a business account. The business account is a viable option but it is still essentially a file system, there is no meta data around a video which we can provide such as view statistics, favourites, comments, notes, annotates etc. YouTube and Vimeo both offer multiple ways to share private videos; password protected, unlisted videos, invite only videos, private channels and groups. These can all work perfectly fine in different situations but each requires multiple steps, which at times can be quiet confusing. They also all default the videos uploaded to public videos that can be easily changed but just as easily accidently forgotten. Both YouTube and Vimeo also have the problem of who owns the video because videos are uploaded to personal YouTube or Vimeo accounts and then shared from there, when Orowa all videos are uploaded to a single account so multiple people can easily manage videos.
