I struggled with preview images when making a blog website: I wanted custom preview images on each page that described what the page contained: a title, subtitle, and URL. I was originally making each image in a graphic design software and, after hours of tediously creating images, I decided there had to be a better way. After some research, I found out that Vercel made an app (https://og-image.vercel.app/) that was really good, but did not quite fit what I was looking for, so I largely cloned the idea (but with my own code). Opengraph image generator offers the ability to use a variety of pre-collected background images (I am working on growing the collection), a variety of pre-selected fonts, the ability to add your own title, subtitle, and url, and the foreground color of your choice. This app generates image URLs that you can use in your og:image and twitter:image meta tags!
