I will never know how good this app could be. OneUptime company seems to be unreliable since I purchase a deal on AppSumo, and then 1 year of inactivity I found that my account doesn't work because of problems on your system. In addition, when I've asked for support you helped me only once and since then I've send multiple requests for support and you rejected to help me. I've never got a new reply from your sales department and you never revert my rights to what I purchased on AppSumo. I am sorry for your company but this is a crap.
