We are trying to solve this issue in the workplace by providing real-time room occupancy data. We use a mesh network of z-wave motion sensors, an Outlook Calendar connection, and connect with your in-room technology to provide room availability information you can trust.

We are running OfficeNav on large displays at our office. Fantastic! Since installing, we are seeing conference rooms being used more efficiently, especially the ones out of the way. My colleagues love the fact that they no longer have to walk around the office looking for an open conference room for an impromptu meeting.
