We are Ravi and Meruzhan, founders of Octopulse AI. We built Octopulse AI based on a strong pain point that we faced earlier.
As the co-founder and ex-CEO of Teamable, Meruzhan consistently ran into the problem of targeting the right people to reach out to, with relevant messages, in order to maximize the chances of them renewing the contract with Teamable. None of the existing tools addressed this high-value problem, and he ended up having people in his CS team do this manually.
While at LinkedIn, Ravi led the development of their internal Growth platform called Air Traffic Controller (ATC - https://engineering.linkedin.com...). ATC focused on getting the five Rights right for Growth use-cases: User, Message, Channel, Volume and Time.

Congrats on the launch ๐ ! What do you use as input source? Do you integrate with any third party apps (data warehouses, marketing platforms and such like)?

We integrate with your data warehouse platform (Snowflake, Databricks, BQ etc.) for non-realtime messages, which would address majority of the Product Growth use-cases (Activation, Conversion and Retention). For intelligent delivery of messages, we integrate with the existing delivery platform (Sendgrid, Messagebird, FCM etc.).
For use-cases involving realtime messages, we can integrate into Segment or any other CDPs.

this is really cool and I can see how it will both speed up the process to improve key growth metrics and improve them smarter (or however you say that). how do you handle A/B testing or message optimization within a segment? lots of magic in this product and the name is PERFECT.

(i) A/B testing: Octopulse supports A/B testing using the widely used user-randomization based control/treatment setting. Segmentation, Content and Volume/Cadence are the key dimensions along which the experimentation happens.
(ii) Message Optimization: Octopulse consumes historical/previous notifications and emails, and uses machine learning and LLMs to recommend updated content that's likely to maximize conversion and retention. So, there is a continuous feedback-loop based learning that's happening in the background.
