Obvious is a self-custody wallet for anyone who wants to store, earn & spend crypto. But don't we have so many crypto wallets already? Why Obvious? 🤔 Obvious is co-founded by Pradeep Banavara, Jebu Ittiachen & myself. Together between us, we have over 50 years of experience building & scaling consumer apps. Apps built by us include Olacabs, Flipkart, and Grab Taxi, all of which have received incredible love & attention from consumers across different parts of Asia. The three of us have always been fascinated by finance, & web3 caught our attention because it was the right mix of technology & finance. As we started looking at the problems in the space, we realized that the existing web3 wallets had extreme friction, UX was terrible, and they were built keeping technology at the centre rather than the end user.
