Hello everybody! 👋 I'm Alejandro, the developer of Nutrition Buddy and I'm very excited about this launch 🤩 I've always struggled with my weight and overall body perception. The problem is that the internet and the media sent me on the wrong path; when I started getting into fitness & nutrition, I discovered the "magic" of the caloric deficit. I did that for a while and managed to lose almost 30 pounds, I thought I had cracked the code on nutrition. But I was wrong, after a couple of months I bounced back. I even repeated this process about four times throughout a couple of years... I realized calorie counting and tracking is not for me. I'm sure it works for a lot of people, but not for me. It got to a point where I was even weighing my food in grams 🥲 So I stopped and started looking into how to take care of my body in a better way. I discovered that calories are not necessarily nutritious, it depends greatly on the kind of food you are ingesting. That is what Nutrition Buddy is focused on feeling good and nourishing your body. Nutrition Buddy uses the power of speech recognition & artificial intelligence to transform simple meal descriptions into tracking records that contain a summary of the macronutrients you are consuming (not just calories!). It's as simple as grabbing your phone, having a quick chat with your Nutrition Buddy 😉 and letting it do the tracking and the math, while you focus on feeling your best 💪 I already have a lot of ideas for upcoming updates and would really appreciate any kind of feedback from everyone! Hi Alejandro, nice job! As a runner, I gave up counting calories and trying living the life as it goes and just increase mileage when I feel like I've eaten too much. All existing apps require too much effort to count the calories and usually I use them not more than a week because it becomes unreal. Thanks for simplifying the idea. Any chance to integrate it with the most popular fitness apps like Strava?

@alejandroguzman In addition to normal numbers, it's possible to correct the targets in accordance with activity done. In Strava activities there's at least information about ccals burnt
