Turn Notion into a Social Media Powerhouse! NotionScheduler enables you to schedule and post content to all your social media platforms, directly from your beloved Notion workspace.
Hi!
Pretty much my entire life is on Notion, which is probably true for a lot of people here, and the more I can offload from other apps / notes and into Notion, the more organized and productive I feel.
I work a lot in social media, and none of the scheduling apps I've used so far felt 'integrated' enough in my existing workflow. It felt like a chore having to open their dedicated app / interface, upload everything there, and have it so disconnected from the rest of my work.
So... I built https://notionscheduler.app/ 🎉
NotionScheduler is a bridge between your Notion workspace and social media platforms you'd like to publish content to (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). The idea is that you can have one central location for all of your work and content, and have it automatically posted to social media when you've planned it.
It creates a database for you, that you can then populate with your content, display in calendar view, etc., giving you a lot of the advantages of other social media scheduling tools, but directly in Notion.
I'd love to get some feedback on this? What you liked, didn't like, what worked, what didn't, etc.?
Hey Mark,
I'm curious about how it handles media uploads. Does it support scheduling video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels?
Have you considered adding analytics features to track post performance right in Notion?
Congrats on the launch!
@kyrylosilin Hi! Essentially it creates a Notion database for you, and each entry in that database is a social media post you're scheduling. In that post you can attach whatever media you'd like to upload. This included photo and video for most platforms, but also other document types for LinkedIn for example.
That way you can post IG Reels, stories, TikToks, etc., directly from within Notion, no problem.
Analytics are next on my to-do list, yes!
Hey Mark,
Congrats on the launch!
I like how you differentiate mainly on the number of social media accounts, while posts are unlimited except for the free plan.
I'm curious what the use case is for the multiple Notion databases included in your plans? Why would anyone need 2 or 5 Notion databases?
@tenebricosa let's give it a try
@tenebricosa@janeph Thanks!
The use case for multiple Notion databases would be people who handle lots of social media accounts and have different teams working on different accounts. One way of keeping things clean would be to spread the accounts to different databases so each team can handle their own database for example.
Does that make sense? :)
Let me know how things go and if you have any issues, I'd be happy to help!
