(1) Horrible product, banned my account based on another person's lie. Had rules in the FAQ section saying they will open a case to contact both the reporter and reported, did not did so at all and banned right away. Does that mean I can just report anyone on the website and everyone will be banned? (2) The website is also extremely slow on loading making it impossible to use (3) All the prices on the items are way off
@gordon_li the same....I got banned and appealed, but just no reply no explanation and I even don't know the reason. I have over 70 reviews which are all 5 stars but they just deleted my account and banned me in discord. You just can never know even without a warning. Still confused and in the twilight zone of their discord channel. By the way they have many many ads now on nookazon, its really not good in users experience specially when you use a mobile browser.
Horrible experience with them got stolen from reported it and in retaliation the thief lied about me said i was racist and i was the one banned i appealed and never heard back from them
Full of spiteful users who leave bogus reviews, slow, ineffective mods, and my account was banned seemingly because I got bombed with too many false reports. Over a month of waiting to hear back on my appeal, and nothing. Save yourself the headache.
