Hi Product Hunt 😊 I used to spend 3-4 hours (according to my phone) on Reddit and Hacker News per day. The problem I found with these sites is that they have an endless amount of content available to you at all times. So, to solve this issue, I wanted to create something where Reddit and Hacker News was only available to me at a certain time of day in a limited capacity. I was able to accomplish this by creating a service that sends a daily email containing top three posts from places I care most about. As a result, I now spend about 15 minutes a day consuming Reddit and Hacker News content. I've published this service on https://nomodoom.com so everyone else can reap the benefits of it.
