This browser extension will boost your productivity by acting like the strict father you never had. It will block all those distracting websites, like the one you are on right now, until you get some actual work done.
Hey everyone,
Are you tired of your own laziness and complete lack of discipline getting in the way of your grandiose ambitions in life? Well, guess what? So was I! That’s why I built No Browse For You!, your very own little "soup nazi" to help you get some sh*t done.
Want to watch that new video of some random YouTube person reviewing the latest Apple device you can’t afford? Well, did you finish the thing with the thing you planned on doing? You can’t access any distraction until you complete a task from your to-do list. No more procrastination excuses—finish a task, and you get 10 glorious minutes of browsing time.
It’s like having a slightly annoying personal assistant who’s sick of your crap and wants to see you succeed (because someone has to, right?).
So, if you’re ready to trick your lazy self into being productive, give No Browse For You! a try, it works for me!
@anastasiia_stepko I didn't think much about mobile usa. I guess I procrastinate mostly on the laptop between working. But no reason it couldn't be available on mobile browsers as well, I will look into it! Thx :)
This is a fantastic and fun concept! I'm curious about how the task management works. Can users integrate their existing to-do lists from apps like Todoist or Trello, or do they need to enter tasks directly into No Browse For You? Also, are there any options for customizing the reward time or setting different levels of restrictions based on the type of task?
@kyrylosilin You just mentioned some of the things I'm working :) Trello integration coming soon. Changing award time as well. I want to keep the UI as simple as possible, might set it per task or at least making it possible to change. This is coming to an update within a day or two (Google takes forever to review updates).
