Awesome site that allows me to choose what factors are important is clutch. My top cities are definitely different from other people’s favorites. I also like that clicking a lot of factors doesn’t eliminate all of my options but just further refines my results.
MoveOrInvest is an excellent tool for finding the best cities. It's easy to see how cities rank based on your personalized list of factors. There is also data, metrics, trends and charts for housing, taxes, climate, safety, etc. for each city.
