I like the lama. :)

@sebastian_potcher thank you! Our designer Lisa did all the artwork by hand. It's actually an Alpaca, but we'll take what we can get :)

Hello product hunt 👋, Thanks @product_at_producthunt for hunting! I’m Matt, one of the founders of Move. We’re part of Meta’s internal innovation lab called New Product Experimentation (NPE). 💡 Why we built Move Our team wanted to empower grassroots organizers & non-profits to get things done with their teams and volunteers. After testing this concept for a few months, we found that Move could be generalized to any small group to get things done more efficiently & have a good time while doing it. ⚡ Who is Move for * Student group projects * Community organizers * Sorority/fraternity projects * Roommate to-do lists * Grocery shopping lists * Neighborhood groups * Personal to-do lists * Family chores * and more! 🚀 How is Move different? We know there are a lot of todo list apps, product management suites, and other tools out there. Some of the things that make us different are: * Collaboration as a first class feature: Easy to invite friends, comment, and share tasks * Automatic & manual nudges * Earn points & customize your Alpaca with fun swag * Fun, intuitive, interface 🎁 Move is completely free to use! Try out Move and drop a comment with your feedback!

@product_at_producthunt @matt_gabor this is quite cool, excited to try it out when it comes out for android and web (is there any date for the same?)

Interesting to see two back to back releases from Meta's NPE team relating to the workplace — this release and Recess . It feels like they are taking a page out of the Trello playbook (Maybe the alpaca and Taco are friends), by creating lighter weight tools that serve as an easier entry point. They advertise Move as perfect for: * Student group projects * Community organizers * Sorority/fraternity projects * Roommate to-do lists * Grocery shopping lists * Neighborhood groups * Personal to-do lists * Family chores * and more!

@product_at_producthunt I guess is only available on iPhone, right?
Michael Silber
@dragos_bulugean Yes, that appears to be the case. It's interesting that they only built iOS given the NPE groups larger shift towards emerging markets, but this was probably already in flight. https://techcrunch.com/2021/12/0...
