Hey Product Hunters! 😻 Meow are you? (ugh, cringe...) I'm super excited (and astronomically nervous) to launch my first product today! 🤔 Why Mooncamp? When I worked at Blinkist a few years back, I got to know firsthand what a tremendous effect a great and healthy company culture has on my motivation, productivity, and more generally, my quality of life. This is why my three co-founders and I set out on a journey to build Mooncamp: an all-in-one operating system to develop healthy, happy, and high-performing company cultures. We are now one step closer to our vision: we built the most flexible OKR tool in the market to create focus, alignment, and transparency within teams 🚀 "Uhm okay, but what sets you apart from the 516895461 other OKR tools?" 1. Customizability 👠🥾🩴 We feel like a lot of B2B software (including OKR software) out there is still pretty clunky and forces teams to adapt to the tool's idea of how you should operate your business (in our case, how to set up OKRs). Mooncamp is completely customizable and adapts to your company processes and language. 2. Look & feel 😻 We are huge Notion nerds over here at Mooncamp and love its timeless and minimalist design. Mooncamp tries to strip away any distracting visuals to create a "peace of mind" interface that is pleasant and fun to work with. 3. Tons of features and high release velocity 🎁 - Update your OKRs right from Slack or Microsoft Teams - A growing list of integrations to tools like Asana, Jira, Google Sheets, or Hubspot to automatically update your OKR progress - Weekly check-ins, weighting of OKRs, public links for people outside your workspace, multi-alignment of OKRs, graph view of your OKRs, ... 🗺️ What's next? Of course it would be nice to land among the top 3 Products of the Day, though this is probably a stretch goal 😅 Truth be told, we did not set any OKRs for our PH launch but I think it is an awesome idea and will make sure to set OKRs for our next big product update and PH launch 🚀
