It is an online platform to help people find career paths that match with their personality and intrinsic + extrinsic motivations, on top of their core skills. Our matching technology allows candidates to identify jobs and/or companies that best fit with them. An array of Coaching content is also provided to develop the candidate's employability over time. We're a fun loving startup who simply wants to dust off a very old and tired recruitment industry. ;)
