Some people with ADHD say that listening to instrumental music can improve focus and lowers stress. See how your day changes when tuning in to moments.fm!
Hey, I'm Christian, CEO of Eachday. Eachday is a digital health company dedicated to defining the future of ADHD treatment through data and neuroscience. Our company is founded on the belief that ADHD help should be accessible and affordable to everyone. I’m thrilled to announce the launch of our first ADHD experiment, Moments.fm ADHD Radio. I myself was diagnosed with ADHD in my teens and experimented a lot before finding my rhythm — the ADHD hacks, tips and tricks that work for me. One trick that has really helped me complete tasks has been background noise.
Brilliant people like Einstein, JFK, and Bill Gates have been diagnosed with ADHD and have been tremendously successful. They figured out how to self-manage their ADHD and harness it in meaningful ways. Our team is hoping that Moments.fm ADHD radio might be one of the tools that you can use to better manage your ADHD and reach your goals. So stay tuned as we update Moments.fm with new artists and tips. And if you’re a musician with ADHD, we’d love to feature you and add your tracks to our radio station. Let us know in a comment below!
The ADHD community is pretty polarized on whether they need music or complete silence to focus, so if this isn’t for you, let us know what you’d like to see for our next ADHD Experiment! Also, keep your eyes peeled for the Eachday App closed beta, which is launching soon. Thanks for checking out our ADHD experiment. Let’s rock n’ roll towards a better approach to treating ADHD!
