Hello Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Naish Yadav, the Founder & CEO of Moment One. Like myself and even a lot of people present today, social media as had a critical impact on our lives and our behaviours. The resulting impact has only severely accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of the most important pain points that we have identified is that behaviour change is much more difficult without the right support environment and being unable to tackle these poor habits and behaviours over time lead to various mental health issues including reactive decision making in our daily lives. Moment One’s here today because we recognise a global problem regarding the lack of access to wellbeing services worldwide and the rate of failure or relapse through traditional therapy. Our solution is a completely digital web platform that integrates sophisticated psychology driven features. Our users get access to specialised therapy to improve their mental health wellbeing and also to Athena, which is our unique AI companion which enables users to create sustainable long-term behaviours.
