Mindsmith

We use AI to make elearning work better for organizations. Our story begins with our co-founder, Zack, teaching weekly in-person English classes using a printed out manual. When Covid hit, he decided to put the classes online. Performance increased by 100% and he was asked to push the program worldwide to over 10,000 learners. In this experience, he learned two key pains in the eLearning space: 1. With the current tools, eLearning and online training are expensive and time-consuming to build. In fact, the average eLearning lesson takes 180 hours of development for every hour of learning. 2. eLearning is worth it. There is huge demand for eLearning in organizations, they just don't have the capacity to fulfill that demand. This is where Mindsmith was born. We bridge the gap between the demand for eLearning content and the ability to provide that content at scale using generative AI. This changes the economics of when eLearning gets produced by dramatically increasing the efficiency of training managers and the retention of learners. We accomplish this in a few powerful ways: 1. Using the power of AI to save training managers time and money 2. Being so intuitive that anyone can begin building in under 5 minutes 3. Allowing real-time collaboration with teammates 4. Integrating with all current learning systems With the AI, trainers can turn their static documents (like standard operating procedures, employee handbooks, and products specs, and product specs) into dynamic, interactive eLearning modules. They can guide the AI in every step of the process from providing overall prompts/guidance to prompting/guiding individual sections to using AI as a copilot. Our features are what bring people to us, but it is also what will keep our users. We are most excited about the **future** of our product. We were the first eLearning authoring tool to release generative AI features and want to stay ahead of the applications of AI in eLearning. For example, we are building out adaptive, personalized lessons and a feature that allows learners to "chat with an expert."
