Nice looking platform! Other than price, why would I choose you over SendGrid (Twilio)? I would be concerned about deliverability, sender scores from using shared IPs, etc. How do you protect your legit senders from others who may be using the platform for spam? Are you using your own infrastructure to send the emails or are you using SendGrid, Amazon SES, or other?
BTW, all the links in your site footer go nowhere - and when I tried to subscribe to your developer newsletter via form in the footer, I got a "Failed to subscribe. Please try again later" error. All are a big red flag that this might not be quite ready for prime time yet.

Great questions — deliverability and sender reputation are absolutely top priorities for us.
✅ Infrastructure: Metigan uses Amazon SES under the hood, which gives us access to a battle-tested, scalable infrastructure with excellent deliverability — while allowing us to build a much more approachable experience on top of it.
✅ Deliverability & Reputation: We're working on IP warm-up processes, verified sending domains, and account-level monitoring to protect sender reputation. We don’t allow anonymous or unverified senders, and are actively building out abuse prevention mechanisms to keep the platform clean and trustworthy.
✅ Anti-spam efforts: We manually verify accounts, and have automated systems to detect suspicious behavior. Our goal is to ensure Metigan remains a safe space for legitimate senders — with transparency and trust at the core.
Also — thank you for catching those issues with the footer links and the newsletter form 🙏 You’re absolutely right, and we’re already on it. Fixes are rolling out now.

The IP warm-up process would be important. Speaking of IP's, will you eventually allow Business users to have/purchase a dedicated IP address?
BTW, also noticed the button on your Pricing page for your Business plan says "Get starde". (I'm guessing it should be "started").
