Hi, I’m Alexi, I’m very glad we could have the support from our local Government agency in building such an amazing free recommendation system for apps in mental health, as some of my close friends had real issues dealing with mental health during the pandemic.
We’ve built this free web app in order to serve as a compass in the selection of mental health apps. While health apps are supported by more and more evidence and may help people incorporate healthy habits and promote self-care, there are so many apps in the app stores, and most are deemed unsafe. This leads to a lot of confusion when going into the App Stores for self-care needs!
