What really impressed me with this app--beside the obvious utility of getting a text when your visitor is in the lobby--was the simplicity of everything. Setup was a snap, and everything is beautiful right out of the box.
Looks like a great app for any office, let people check in using a high tech manner making a better impression and have better data as I know my writing can hardly be read writing in some log books. See a lot of use for this.
A company I used to work for went through restructures and our receptionist was laid-off. The front desk remained empty so I decided to build this app to help us welcome our office visitors elegantly and leave them with a good first impression. It also notifies the right employee via a text message that someone is waiting for them at the front desk.
Our office visitors kept asking about this app so I created a marketing website (WIP) and a signup form. And that’s how Meetmi was born.
