Focus on your career, but don't neglect family, nurture friendships, but prioritize alone time to stay in touch with your values, don't stress about food but make sure you have nutritious balanced diet We live in a world full of dichotomies and while I cannot possibly fix them all and give you the much need peace of mind - I was able to improve one painfully important thing: eating healthy while saving time and money on it. Hello Product Hunt! I’m Tania, creator of Mealpreper Guide. We’ve helped thousands of people save time, money—and sanity—around meal prep by ditching the one‑size‑fits‑all “cook once, eat the same meal all week” approach. How? We went with prepping ingredients instead. Sort of like a food lego, where you cook the blocks in 1-3 hours and put them together in various meals for the next several days. I came up with the idea out of pure necessity to feed myself and my family well while trying to grow my foodblog (can you imagine, my 1 year old would not eat a fancy salad that I spent 4 hours making, styling and then photographing for the blog - how rude of her) And ironically, my audience was way more excited for this approach to sustainably cook and eat everyday than for my exquisite recipes to please refined palates once in a blue moon. Together with them, we polished the idea into monthy menus and I am on my 20th edition so far (yay) Hundreds of thankful reviews and my unshutupable ambition made me want to take the idea beyond my blog - and you are witnessing it happen right now. Mealpreper Guide is a tool that makes my approach even more approachable - you get it all: • Meal plans built from prepped ingredients (no repeat meals unless you want them) • Smart no bs grocery lists that eliminate waste and unused extras • Balance‑focused plates with calculated nutrition value to keep you on track with your goals • Timers & reminders to back you up if kitchen stresses you out And many more features soon to come! I believe that eating healthy is important. I know that not stressing about food is also important. Mealpreper Guide helps with both. Give it a go - you've got 3 FREE mealpreps to feed you for 3-4days each already in the app. Your peace of mind is a couple of clicks away I hope you try them and let me know what you think! 🚀

Congrats on the launch! 🙌

I love how you’re tackling one of modern life’s biggest contradictions—wanting to eat healthy without sacrificing time, budget, or sanity. The “food LEGO” approach is such a clever metaphor, and honestly, feels way more human than rigid meal plans.

Curious—how adaptable is the guide for people with very limited cooking skills or tiny kitchens (aka me 😅)? This looks like something I could finally stick with!

@isabel_engineer thank you for your appreciation and support! So the skill level necessary is minimally - simple recipes and processes are key to make sure we can do a lot of stuff in minimal time (would be impossible if cooking croquembouches and hollandaise type sauces lol) As for the kitchen - it might be a bit of an issue, because we do use a stove and an oven simultaneously - but certainly nothing that cannot be fixed with a few process tweaks. I’m here to help with those when you decide to try one out❤️‍🔥
