LoomFlows helps you build — and faster — with visual feedback via Loom videos and annotated screenshots. Bugs, feature requests, testimonials, and more. Zero(ish) friction.
😻 Hey PH! I'm a writer and indie hacker, and this is my first PH launch. I recently got together with some friends and bought a very — VERY — MVP product with zero customers called LoomFlows. We fixed it up and now we're going to see how it does!
The idea is simple, and that's what I like about it. It's just a widget that allows your users to provide feedback — bug reports, feature requests, testimonials, etc. — to your SaaS/site with an in-app Loom screenshare.
This removes friction for them and guesswork for you, because you can see exactly what they're talking about. The user's metadata helps with that too.
In case they don't want to do a video, we also support annotated screenshot. Or they can just write out their thoughts. Easy peasy.
My goal for this launch is to get feedback and see if the product has legs like I think it does. I'd really love to hear your thoughts! I'm dogfooding this product, so you can test it out and give me a piece of your mind via the widget on the LoomFlows homepage. Or you can respond here.
Of course, I'm offering 25% off the already very cheap price. If anyone is interested in purchasing. The code is: LoomFlowsLaunch
Alrighty, I think that's everything. Thanks for checking out LoomFlows!! 🚀

@jonathanedwardbrooks Not yet! This is still super MVP so there isn't much in the way of analytics, other than the fact that you'll receive the user feedback (and user metadata). Definitely something to put on the roadmap, though. What would you suggest tracking?
Congrats on the launch, @jamesofthedrum! 🎉 It's exciting to see a simple yet effective idea like LoomFlows come to life. The ability to gather user feedback with Loom videos and annotated screenshots really does streamline the communication process. Your focus on reducing friction is spot on—it's all about making it easy for users to share their thoughts.
I'm curious about how the user metadata enhances the feedback. It sounds like it could provide some valuable insights! Wishing you tremendous traction with this MVP; can’t wait to see how it evolves. Upvoted and looking forward to testing it out!
Thanks @dance17219 ! Yeah, the metadata is key. I can't tell you how many times I've had someone tell me about a bug that can't be replicated, then there's a bunch of back and forth to figure out what device/OS/browser they're using and half the time, they don't know. This way, you know from the get-go. 😀
Loomflows seems like a valuable addition for workflow automation. How does it integrate with existing tools and platforms to streamline processes? Are there features for customizing workflows and tracking their effectiveness over time?
