We built Logica to help finance and operations teams with forecasting and budgeting. After spending thousands of hours in spreadsheets as CEO and COO at venture-backed startups, we both found ourselves wishing for a tool that was just as powerful and flexible as Excel but without all the manual work and complexity that goes along with building and maintaining financial models.
Logica transforms spreadsheet formulas and assumptions into a centralized visual logic diagram that can be changed and calculated in real time. Connect tools like QuickBooks and ProfitWell to sync historical data. Import and export Excel files. Build reports and charts for investors and board members, and share the full model with other team members for real-time collaboration.
To get started, we have templates that can be used standalone or combined with existing spreadsheets, all of which can be fully customized. One of our most popular is a fully-linked, 3 statement model for forecasting the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. We also have templates for early stage companies for cashflow, runway, and KPI tracking.
