update: I have sent an email to their team. They responded really quick and give me my credit + bonus. It took a few hours from my email sent, which is quite fast.
It was still not nice because I still have to do the effort and wait another day to start working. Other platforms don't have this big problem. You want to see your credits soon because you have paid. However I appreciate the quick response. Therefore I change my score from 1 star to 2 stars.
