It should also check for deliverability. Btw I liked the limits of free version, but that's pretty much useless if it doesn't support checking email deliverability.

Actually, the naming convention might be confusing at first.
If the "status" is "Valid", it actually means a 100% correct email address or "catch_all" email server which accepts any mail at RCPT TO stage. Emails should be sent to both of them as there are legitimate companies which use catch all configuration.
You need to check the "catch_all" boolean if you don't want to send emails to catch all servers.
If status is "Invalid", not deliverable. If "Unknown", we are not sure.
I think if a server is catch all, most of the email verification services cannot detect the email existence status unless they are email service providers who send emails and cache their deliverability status.
