We created LEAD in order to help employees stay connected to coworkers, and feel a sense of belonging in the workplace, whether they're in the office together, or working remotely. From casual coffee meetups/ virtual chats with co-workers, to finding a mentor at work, LEAD helps employees connect with others, and strives for a better, more open workplace for everyone. LEAD.bot is simple to use: just install LEAD.bot through the Microsoft Teams app store and invite it to a Team, and our bot will start to pair people together periodically within the Team. You can also create a new, dedicated Team for employee matching, such as a team called 'coffee-matching'. LEAD.Bot is a free version of our full platform (www.lead.app). Hey there! I like the product, fitting for the times we're in. I've seen a huge increase in similar virtual meetup video calls but one thing I rarely see is incentive. Rewarding those people for actually doing it. Ex: If I run a sales team, I would my team in 1-2 virtual networking events a week. Does that happen? I'm not sure but offering evidence/proof and then being rewarded with idk... team swag or a PTO day might be a cool feature. Nice work so far 👏
