I am super excited to share the latest project that I have had the pleasure of being part of, introducing - Launchdeck! With Gartner research saying that '75% of B2B buyers prefer a rep-free experience' & '80% of B2B sales interactions between suppliers and buyers will occur in digital channels', it has become evident that there is a need for teams to effectively collaborate to close deals and manage customers happiness in the long term. CRMs are usually wide off the mark, email chains get lost, looping decision-makers into conversations is a pain and you generally have no idea what customers are thinking or most interested in. @ldkevin has been working hard to develop Launchdeck to answer all of the pain points above effectively and simply. I am also super excited to intro @michelle_lim8 who will be working on growth and brings extensive experience to help Launchdeck grow! @michelle_lim8 @marius_f @kjosephabraham Hey @kjosephabraham 👋 Best feature (and that's my personal choice) - the sales intelligence analytics part! Why? You can see which part of the digital space your Customers are spending time / interacting with. For example if they spend a lot of time on a page called 'Price', you know you want to address pricing if you're trying to close a deal with them. Or, if you see existing customers perusing a page about new product features for a long time? It's a good time to start your upselling process. Quite nifty!

I'd have to say, while I love it all, I have a soft spot for the collab capabilities that help you "herd cats" when there's multiple decision makers at play. Also the ability to immediately turn the sales room into a success room upon signed sale comes in as a strong second for me. Admittedly, I have a lot of bias as I'm speaking from my own experiences in past complex sales!

That said, we thought we should be driven and build this out based on usage patterns and feedback from users rather than basing it with our list of cool ideas. @kyrylosilin Hey Kyrylo 👋 1. You invite team members from your side, and also from customer's side to loop in all necessary decision makers / influencers into a Room. Even if some of them remain 'passive' and they do observe from the sides. The virtue of having no objections from all stakeholders during process means there is alignment & buy-in at every step of the way, which helps shorten time-to-close. Additionally, when you create post content, record videos, upload shared documents in Launchdeck's room with this invited team members, it means everyone in it has access to the same things, and you can tag them also to make sure they do. So yes, Launchdeck ensures all tema members stay on the same page this way, which is a vast improvement over fragmented info from email chains/zoom calls/ notion pages. 2. We have a 'Updates' page that is very similar to a social feed. Folks can either collaborate real time there, or asynchronously when they are ready to respond to things.
