Hello, everyone! My name is Kostya, and I'm 28 years old. I've been a smoker for more than 7 years. I've tried numerous times to quit smoking. Like no one else, I understand how difficult it is to break the nasty habit of smoking. I recommend that you never start, but if you already have, you should try to break the habit as quickly as possible. I discovered that the more agitated I was, the more I wanted to light up a cigarette. During the Covid-19 pandemic, stress levels began to climb (as I'm sure you'd agree). At one time, I was smoking nearly a pack of cigarettes every day. It took me entirely by surprise!

Hey guys, thank you for sharing your stories here. In times of the global COVID-19 pandemic, I started smoking cigarettes. It went so huge, so I ended up smoking 2-3 packs of cigarettes per day. I thought that cigarettes would help me to deal with anxiety and stress during the pandemic. Later I tried to quit smoke by switching on the vapes with Menthol nic salts. It really helped me shorten the number of cigarettes I smoke, and after 1 month, I quit smoking completely.
