My experience with Ladderly.io was nothing short then life-changing. Sounds dramatic, I know, but it's true!
During the early onset of Covid I embarked on a journey to change my entire career trajectory. In enters Ladderly.io.
It wasn't easy and required a tremendous amount of self-discipline and eagerness to make such a significant change, but Ladderly.io provided all of the tools necessary to become equipped and empowered to pursue a career in tech.
Not only did I land a job as a Web Developer within 9 months of learning to code, but I increased my compensation by 44% (YES! With a Junior role! Now sitting at ~133% compensation increase with a beginner Senior role.) and feel leaps and bounds more confident with interviews in general, and resume preparation and maintenance.
Ladderly.io opened an entire career avenue I didn't even know was accessible to me let alone so much fun to explore and see where my career could go.
I'm thrilled to say that after 4 years of full-time software development I recently migrated to leading a Customer Success team at a GIS software company. I am passionate about helping users to understand and best leverage the software tools they're using and putting my "under-the-hood" knowledge to work through the educating and training of our users.
