Horrible customer service. The worst I've ever experienced. The website and app don't work. They take a higher deposit then any other rental company. The surfers who drop off and pick up the cars are never on time. It is not a cost savings from other companies, nor is it more convenient. I don't understand the value-add of this company.

They offer a service that's similar to Kyte's philosophy in many ways - minimal paperwork and maximum convenience. Although they don't deliver cars to your door, the process was surprisingly simple and quick - diverse car fleet, flexible conditions, and the ability to pick up/return the car at convenient points throughout the city. If anyone is planning a trip to Ukraine, especially Lviv, I highly recommend checking out this service!
