We’re so excited to officially share Kreatli with you today! I am George, the Co-Founder and CEO of Kreatli.
Creator economy has been always exciting for me personally since I was creating content actively on Medium and Telegram before I started working on Kreatli. Growing up I had a several friends who started their own Youtube channels, mostly gaming channels making videos on how they earn money playing Minecraft or World of Warcraft.
Having collected some freelance experience on UpWork, I discovered pain on the that market when it comes to how disproportionately distributed the powers are between a freelancer and a client. We decided to start niche solve that problem for YouTube market first.
At Kreatli, we are acting as a marketplace which brings YouTube Creators and Professionals (video editors, designers, script writers, social media specialists, etc.) together taking the best of both worlds (UpWork and LinkedIn) meaning:
1. Community aspects like Chat and Feed where users showcase their portfolios, share experience, and give each other feedback;
2. Job search marketplace where the whole process of finding work (for professionals) and hiring professionals (for creators) is streamlined and built specifically to serve this market's needs.
Pains we are solving for Creators:
1. Manual verification of the professionals on the platform. There are typically a lot of bots and scammers trying to get the work done for Creators - it is time-consuming to filter through them and find real humans.
2. Unified Platform: typically Creators are looking for professionals on various platforms like UpWork and Fiverr (freelance), or social media like Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Facebook where their DMs are flooded every time someone new applies. We are streamlining the whole hiring process in one place making it manageable to find the right fit for the job.
3. Free Job Postings for Creators - unlike other platforms we are not taking any money for posting jobs on Kreatli.
Pains we are solving for Professionals:
1. Fair Competition and One Platform - no need to compete with bots and be active on different platforms hoping to get a response somewhere.
2. Community - Feed and Chat options provide an opportunity for professionals to share their work and portfolios, give and receive feedback, experience, and improve their skills.

Similarly if you get shunned on an idea and the shunner later makes the video.
This type of issues would arise, unless the moderators make a certain SOP.
