The process is prescriptive and has rapid learning options. Give it a try w/60 second sessions. Keep in mind, it auto deletes 2x the time. Hey @rskopecek congrats on the launch of what looks like a really useful tool, anything that brings clarity to team priorities can only be a good thing in my opinion! Reading the description and playing around with the tool I was a little confused as to how the sessions were likely to work and how a group would interact with the tool, perhaps you could include an example video to help bring this to life?

@ali_gordon Hey Ali, thanks for the comments and suggestion. Here is a video I tossed together: https://youtu.be/TdklnBl-jwg To quick jump to your questions, the owner creates the session. A link is created for each group which you, the owner, can distribute...typically via email and/or internal chat. The link for a group is the same for anyone who would participate in that group. Sessions are scoped to the timeframe selected. So if you select 72 hours, then people have 72 hours to provide their feedback. Yourself as well as anyone who participates, will have access to the results so re-sharing is not required. However, keep in mind that results are only available for the same amount of time you select. So for example, if on Monday morning you start a 72 session...by Thursday morning participation is closed and by Sunday morning it's all deleted. If you are actively prioritizing, this isn't an issue because you can go in, see and then save the results. Something to point out, access to the session is controlled by the link/browser. So if you are in chrome and then switch to firefox, it doesn't know. As noted, there are no logins or signups or so forth. From a server perspective, I couldn't tell who is using it or per-se how much...because the server only keeps counts not details. I have 3 other videos which were in the works, much more focal and condensed. However, I wanted to get you the video you requested even if it wasn't in the most optimized form. @rskopecek wow thanks so much for the detailed response and for recording the video. I think the thing that was missing for me was that the prioritisation by participants was done independently rather than as part of a group setting. Would it be reasonable to say this is the value proposition? 1. Prioritise as a group and ensure everyone's voice is heard, without need for meetings 2. As a leader you can weight priorities by user group (such that some voices are louder than others) and get detailed analysis of results

@ali_gordon Hey Ali, thanks for your response and for your value prop breakdown question. Admittedly, there are multiple layers to it all, enough so that I have a book in the works to try and cover it. There was a bit of a chicken and egg issue where the understanding would be valuable but difficult to implement because there weren't any tools, and reversed if there was a tool without understanding it could have a similar effect. In scope of your 4 items in 2 bullet points. 1. Ensuring everyone's voice has an opportunity to be heard. Many don't participate because they aren't offered or are over-spoken by others or because they can't be anonymous/honest. 2. Without meetings. Certainly an opportunity if desired. In many cases it can save a multitude of "meetings after the meeting" to determine what the priorities are. You can however, during a meeting use the service to gather active direction. 3. As the leader/owner you can adjust the "weight" of feedback from groups. However, already utilizing groups auto-balances feedback thus a single team of 5 building something can be heard equally to a customer base of 3,000. 4. Detailed analysis of results. Detailed enough. We could share the priority lists of each group, but in the end the satisfaction score is really what drives the actionable value. A single value proposition regardless of the layers: you get a priority list within 72hrs (max) which aligns every stakeholder and allows you to take action the next day if you choose to do so. An example of an item for the book to cover, ...what does it mean if the priority list includes the stakeholders, and leadership chooses to do something completely different repeatedly?
