Kinic is the world's first web3 specific search engine. We use advanced semantic and contextual methods to surface app frontends that are built on blockchain. We then allow you to use text or categories to query and discover web3 dApps.

'“Plaid for memory” is a very good concept. Hard to pull off, but memory portability and ways of providing new AI systems instant context will be extremely useful in the future. Lots of game theory here that make it hard, but would be great for the ecosystem to support.' - Aaron Levie.
This was originally a web3 based search engine that won a hackathon. We all knew search was dying fast. Whats the pivot started two years ago??
Kinic is a vector database that runs on blockchain. Each instance is owned and controlled by users - with their biometric browser based login. You can it for search, research, RAG and much more. Since the vector DB is controlled by you - You can use it with any LLM that you want for modified and personalized search.
Moreover with zero knowledge proofs, and other privacy preserving technologies Kinic can be used for verifiable computing based Agents that scale.

Copy/pasting from my chrome review:
It works. It has made my research flow more efficient and had no learning curve. Very intuitive.
When taking notes while researching I record every link in a spreadsheet along with comments about the content of the link so that if I get an idea in my head I can quickly find where it came from and reference it. Using Kinic I click the "Absorb" button for every web page or document and I can ask it questions about the entirety of a research session. This change is a major productivity improvement for my specific workflow, it's easier on the brain too.
