Hey, I'm Jack Marchese founder of Keylitic. 👋
In October 2020, we released our initial concept of Keylitic and received an incredible response from the Product Hunt community! We were the #2 product of the day and #3 product of the week through your support. 🏅
We've made some significant updates on Keylitic since our initial launch and we're stoked to share those updates with you!
What's new with Keylitic? 📈
Keylitc used to be just a curated database of trending product keywords. Now, we are so much more. Our new features allow you to search for trends and conduct deeper research on your industry and the products that are trending in it. Let's talk about those a bit more.
Trend Explorer 🔎
This idea was first mentioned by a PH commenter from our original launch. You guys wanted a way to be able to enter a product keyword on our platform and have us try and find any trends for you. Great idea! So we made it happen!
When you log in, you'll be able to access Trend Explorer found under the drop-down menu in the header. Simply enter a product or niche keyword into the search bar and we'll start collecting the most relevant keywords from the web and analyzing their search volume. We'll share beautiful graphs of all the search patterns we find and label the ones that are trending! There's no more efficient way on the market to try and find trends than this.
Industry Insights 🔬
For those who don't feel like searching for trends, we got your back! Choose from one of our eight different industries to see insights on industry KPI's, news, top websites, word cloud of most used phrases by consumers, and of course product trends.
Clicking on a trending keyword allows you to take a deeper dive into that product where you can learn about use cases and pain points through keyword prepositions, forums related to the product, and even finding potential suppliers.
How can you use Keylitic? 💡
Keylitic has several applications that our current customers use us for.
✅Product research so E-commerce sellers on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify and more know what they should be selling
✅ Content creators such as YouTubers and bloggers looking for content ideas.
✅ SEO implications for product-focused blogs who want to release timely and relevant content
✅ Gain insights on product features and variations consumers care about for product development
✅ Competitive and market intelligence
"Isn't this just Google Trends?" ❓
We get that a lot. So let's address it!
While you can certainly find data like this on Google Trends we're solving three critical problems the platform has:
1. You have to know what to actually type in to see results. No natural discovery is possible.
2. Google Trends will not give you the search volume of Trends. Kind of annoying, isn't it?
3. You can only look up one keyword at a time. But there are probably hundreds or even thousands of keyword trends you might want to analyze quickly.
Keylitic solves all of these core flaws of Google Trends allowing you to maximize the efficiency of uncovering trends.
Launch Discount!💰
As a thank you to those who are interested in using Keylitic we have created a special coupon code exclusive to the Product Hunt community. This coupon is for a whopping 50% offer and will expire on 8/31. The discount lasts for the life of the subscription.

@marchesejack Congrats. I would be interested to see sources for each trend you've identified. Audiences are very different on multiple platforms. If it's just Google Trends, then I'd love to see same for social media too.
@eugenehp Hey Eugene. We source our keywords from search engines, retail websites and social media depending on the feature/service being provided and we base it off of search volume similar to what you would see on Google Trends. Would love to hear more about what you had in mind if you'd like to connect. My email is jack@keylitic.com.
@jesmith Great question James! For Trend Explorer exclusively we stick with search engines like Google but for more of our custom services we source keywords from all across the web including retail websites and social media!
