Fairly good but limited UX. Very strong natural language processing ML and API is easy to use.
Handles a more diverse speaker set better than competitors, e.g. women speakers and English speakers with accents. Also great for jargony audio where competitors fall down
This is the best transcription service I've seen for when you have accented audio or audio with business / financial words in it. The accuracy is really high.
I used this regularly for testing. It is accurate. Speed can be improved, which is challenging.
