KappaKey is an emoji keyboard for Twitch fans and gamers. If you’re a fan of Twitch then you know about their emotes and kappa who’s the most popular. Kappa has become a popular meme used to convey internet sarcasm.
We’re avid gamers ourselves and wanted to make it easy to share the 170+ emotes from Twitch in our favorite messaging apps. KappaKey uses the Twitch API and also pulls in your sub emotes (when you subscribe to a streamers channel).
We’ve been making keyboards for the past two years for ourselves (Next Keyboard, Next Emoji keyboard, Kimunji) + for clients -- and have seen it evolve from more functional keyboards to a focus on emoji, GIF and more recently celeb keyboards. Excited to see where things go with iOS 10 iMessage apps and stickers.
