🎯 MY STORY What started as me building a simple todo app turned into something bigger. Now I'm here, launching a workspace that combines everything teams need. Life's funny that way. THE DAILY STRUGGLE We've all been there: - "Which tab had that project update again?" - "Wait, where did we write that down?" - "Hold on, let me find that conversation..." - Switching between apps is exhausting That's what led to Kakrola. ✨ WHO IT'S FOR Perfect if you're: - A small team of 2-20 people - Tired of paying for multiple tools - Working remotely and feeling disconnected - Ready to simplify your daily work Think of it as your team's home. Where tasks, notes, and conversations live together naturally. A peek behind the curtain: - I dove in without testing the idea (rookie move!) - Been coding this full-time for 4 months - Learned some hard lessons along the way - Still learning and improving every day 🛠️ WHAT'S INSIDE - Projects: Track work your way (boards, lists, or dashboard) - Docs: Write and collaborate in real-time - Chat: Keep conversations flowing - All connected, all in one place LAUNCH OFFER 🎉 Use code PH50OFF for 50% off annual plans! (Offer available for the next 3 months) Your feedback means everything - it'll help make Kakrola better for everyone. P.S. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase and TipTap. Here's to making work feel more natural! 🚀

💡 Bright idea
@rahijamil amazing how this grew from a personal todo app into a full team workspace! Those "which tab/where was that/let me find that" moments you described are painfully relatable...Congrats on the launch!

@jan_ber Thanks Jan! 😄 You nailed it - funny how solving a personal frustration can grow into something bigger. Those tab-hunting moments were driving me crazy too! Really appreciate you getting what we're trying to fix here. Thanks for the launch wishes! 🚀

@rahijamil Hey Rahi, great work here! I've been looking for an app to replace the project management section of Notion I've been using for years now. Does it have a way to visualise projects using a Gantt chart? Will something like this be in the works? Thanks for the great product and good luck!
Rahi Jamil
@maru_rivera1 Thanks for your interest, Maru! I'm glad to hear Kakrola could potentially replace the project management functionality in Notion. While we don't have a Gantt chart view built in yet, it's definitely something we're planning to add in the near future.

@rahijamil Amazing! Looking forward to it.

Very interesting! how is this different from other tools out there? like Notion, ClickUp? would love to know what makes you unique!
Rahi Jamil
@rupgo Hey Ruben! Great question. While we respect what Notion and ClickUp have built, we're taking a different approach. Instead of being a "jack of all trades," we're laser-focused on making the daily flow between tasks, docs, and team chats feel natural and effortless. What makes us unique? Think of it like a well-designed home where everything has its place - no need to walk across town (or switch between 5 apps) to get things done. We've put a lot of thought into how these tools should work together, not just exist side by side.

@samuel_bissegger Thanks Samuel! 🙏 You just made my day! You know how it goes - the best ideas usually come from solving our own headaches. Really appreciate the support!
