Just Say Yes - chat based wedding agent

You open Maps every day. You plan your wedding once. Why do both have the same UX? LLMs, as we are using them today, are just the beginning. The chat interfaces are already powerful, yet paired with the right tools they significantly reduce the need for visual interfaces. Agents are a first step, but still just a stepping stone. Sure, you are probably faster navigating an app that you use every day than explaining every step to a bot. That's why you will still open WhatsApp to text or Google Maps to find the fastest route. But this does not hold for interfaces you only use occasionally, like your phone's settings, your tax declaration, or planning a (once in a lifetime) wedding. Traditionally, this required smart UI/UX, search, and clever naming. I believe that the best way to interact with rarely used software is to not interact with it at all. Just an agent, sitting on top of a structured backend, reachable via Whatsapp. And this is the first version. Here's how it works: - The agent provides the user with the information they need, be it in written or visual form. - The structured backend contains the business logic. In my case: all the critical components of a wedding and some additional context. - The user just asks. The agent answers exactly how the user wants, with the right visual or grouping, with built-in individual customization. The agent pulls data from the structured backend and responds accordingly. The agent adapts the format to the context automatically. No need for a product team to prebuild every possible view. This personalizes the experience of every user instantly. Instead of hallucinating calculation methods or giving inconsistent answers, the agent just chooses the right tool to run. This standardizes the outcome and drastically reduces hallucination.
