Journey helps you achieve your personal goals through a simple three-minute morning routine that fits into every schedule and will make your days feel more intentional, more productive, more in-control.
Hey Product Hunt Community👋
After over a year of testing and iterations, Journey (beta) is finally ready for its first ever launch on Product Hunt.
Journey helps you focus on what matters in your life and achieve your personal goals.
We applied behavioural science and coaching methods to create a product at the intersection between mindfulness and productivity. Journey will teach you a simple, 3 minute routine that fits into every schedule and makes your life more intentional, productive and fulfilled. Our current beta combines goal setting, habit building & journaling.
**How do we do that?**
We have combined simple goal setting frameworks with coaching techniques to build a system that drives result in a mindful way. We first help you understand your long-term priorities by giving you a 360 view on your life across different dimensions. Then we help you bite size your vision into actionable milestones and help you align your daily life with your long term goals.
We’ve basically built a simple three-minute morning routine that fits into every schedule and will make your days feel more intentional, more productive, more in-control.
**Features:**
- 🧭 **Holistic life assessment :** Inspiring users through generating a sense of direction for themselves
- 🔄 **Habit building**: helps people create routines that stick
- 🙏🏽 **Reflection exercises** based on the science of positive psychology & mindfulness
- 🧙🏼 **Coaching sessions** from our in-house coach
So, if you are into setting personal goals or personal OKRs, Journey is the most lightweight tool you’ll find out there.
I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with opinionated tools. Yet you say it has a scientific basis. Can you share a bit more here? Happy to give it a try!
@thassilovogt Totally with you on that... SO MANY products out there! We base all our work on peer-reviewed studies and then test it out through our own user research.
For a good introduction, check out @nireyal 's book "Indistractable" and Katy Milkman's book "How To Change". It brings together some of the most important concepts with powerful storytelling.
Below you can find more of the actual meaty peer-reviewed articles. We have more where that came from but I thought I'd share a primer here =)
