We have our own customer service team. Jochem was our first support agent who started five years ago. Jochem is the go-to person if something is unclear. However, we have retrained him internally as a developer. So, we decided to make a digital Jochem that was available 24/7 and could answer all questions our support agents had (within seconds!). We saw a lot of excitement and support for our internal Jochem.ai, so we decided to release it to the public.
Fast forward, we have created a product that enables you to synchronize your knowledge base with Jochem.ai. But that's not all; it continuously self-improves by learning from knowledge 'gaps' and conflicting data.
