After helping a group of coworkers following a layoff, we decided to build tools to help job seekers navigate the hiring process and escape the blackhole of job boards, recruiters, and ghosting. We rode the wave of hiring headlines over the last three years: record layoffs, furloughs, the remote transition, whatever-the-heck “quiet quitting” was supposed to be - you name it. We came through on the other side with a ton of knowledge about how to break through the filters and get hired. Jobward is a different kind of resume builder. It helps you create successful resumes that are relevant (not impressive). It stores your professional data so writing customized resumes is fast and easy. It helps you tell your professional story.
