Jammin is the most awaited practicing tool by musicians : The play along online library Improve your play & become a great performer in your band. The simplest player. You customize your own tracks settings, control the tempo, and create your working loop
Just signed up for the free trial and... urgh. Sorry but this is just not worth the money. There's a selection of OK but generic tracks to play along with (so, no recognisable songs). A basic web-based music player and some score sheets.
There's no interactivity here. It wouldn't be hard to match the score sheets (guitar players - no TAB!) with the music playing to you can see and hear where you are. But not, these are just images.
The track selection is very limited and about half seems to be short loops.
You could learn a song, but why bother? The T&Cs seem to prevent any recording and performance of the tracks so you couldn't even share the results once you've learned a track.
No recording, so you can't capture your playing and listen back to pick up on where you need to improve.
The overall impression is of a very basic product that does nothing to justify actually paying for it when there's a massive selection of free content available on the web. Maybe if this had launched in 2010 rather than 2020 then it would have been ahead of the pack and had a chance to build a great product. As it is, there is sadly nothing to recommend it.
