Hey hey whats up, Hunters?! I'm Andrew and I'm a fan of Fallout games. But most of the time I'm a creator, an electrochemist, and a fan of technology. Three years ago, along with the team of a professor, PharmD. and a PhD in technology, we began working on IOON — a portable smart device that turns water into sanitizer within seconds. You just need an ounce of drinking water 💦 Most sanitizers are made with chemicals, mostly alcohol. They irritate your skin, smell terrible, run out, when they are needed the most, and pollute the planet. Think about all the plastic containers that you had to throw away. These are not a solution of modern society. That is why we created IOON. And now our IOON device is RTO. 💧 Candybar-sized device solves all the problems of chemical sanitizers. Instead of alcohol, we use silver atoms, instead of disposable plastic - a stylish waterproof case. 💧 A full battery charge lasts for a day of active usage. 💧 The cartridge, in which the water turns into a sanitizer, needs to be changed every 3 liters or 20,000 sprays. One cycle of IOON usage is 60 bottles of disposable sanitizers of 50 ml. 💧 The device is connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth. We made an app, so you can track cartridge resource and device battery charge, set reminders “Сlean your hands!”, order a new cartridge, or talk to get a support. Why are we here again? In December we had the prototype of IOON, but today we are starting our launch campaign! The early bird price for IOON with the cartridge is $99. And it does not last forever:) An extra cartridge will cost $ 19.90. What has changed since December 2020? We updated the sprayer (now - Type 28/410). So you can easily change it anytime :). Now IOON updated an industrial design in order to change the cartridge faster and more conveniently (no need to use screwdriver anymore!). Here come the vibes. IOON now has a specific vibration to understand that the device is ready to sanitize.
