I first came across the platform on Twitter where I met Maya, a brilliant fellow founder from Atlanta, who expressed her deep passion to help job-seekers struggle less. She said she was building a new platform that would streamline and make it way more efficient with features such as: ✅ Create well-structured responses powered by AI that showcase your experience ✅ Log your professional accomplishments ✅ Generate custom resume bullets for every stage of your career journey I played with it, loved it and decided to help hunt it on PH so here we are :) My favorite feature? The Linkedin Outreach Templates .. these are killer. She'd love your constructive feedback on this v1 of the platform. Hey PH community, and thank you @thisiskp_ ! Excited to be launching InterviewJam here! Love the spirit of this community and all the creative, new products! I partnered with Maya on this endeavor because I am a higher education leader who has observed so many pain points in the interview prep process. Have been fortunate to work alongside some of the best and brightest minds in data science and business analytics, including Maya, at two top universities. Time and again, I have seen unbelievable talents struggle with telling their story in a way that would help them excel at their resume design and in behavioral interviews. Since this is still such an important part of the hiring process, there had to be a better way for job seekers to have on-demand, customized support. Now every job seeker has access to a career coach. InterviewJam is taking traditional career services to the next level, and helping job seekers stay organized and prepare for questions they will most likely be asked in the phone screen and first round of interviews.
