As I've strived towards achieving the goals I set for myself, I've identified the two most important measures of progress towards my goals: 1. Activities - To what extent am I consistently executing the necessary activities that drive me closer to my goal? 2. Milestones - What are the successive, incremental strides I'm making towards my goal? For instance, to try and improve my physical fitness, I've laid down a personal challenge to accomplish 100 strength training sessions within a year. This is a first for me, and I am confident it will create a significant positive impact on my fitness level. This embodies one of my activity-driven goals. But where do milestones come in? Milestones serve as excellent metrics for goals that are quantified by gradual progress. I've employed milestones to map my journey of crafting the Internalize app, a process marked by clear steps leading up to the ultimate aim of launching it on the app store. For years, I've been using this approach to keep track of all my goals via spreadsheets. However, I started to feel that an app would be much more efficient and I could share it with the world. That's why I decided to go ahead and create the Internalize app. Internalize is an app designed to help you concentrate on the elements within your control to achieve your goals. The journey to goal accomplishment involves performing activities and reaching milestones that culminate in the realization of your objective. I firmly believe that with Internalize, you can tangibly attain any goal within your capabilities. I invite you to give it a try.

Congrats on the launch 🚀! Had a potential feature to suggest, what if you could generate milestones and steps based on the objective and description. Like AutoGPT, but for humans to follow. Steps that we should do to hit our milestones?

@irfan_s This is a great suggestion! Especially when trying to achieve a goal in a new area, I'm sure ChatGPT could provide some helpful guidance and help give you some helpful goals and milestones that may not be immediately obvious.

@justspamjustin yep, integrating their API in for actionable goals into your app would actually be insane, it would differentiate it from any other goal setter as well

@irfan_s Yes. Now you've really got me thinking! I could see just starting out with a prompt like "What do you want to achieve this year?" The the user inputs some of their aspirations via natural language. The AI then converts them into realistic, meaningful, actionable goals with activities and milestones.
