I still remember your comment about job board filter by which portfolio it is part of 👍I really like the idea but selecting which VC funds should be included is hard, too many and the job board could be hard to use 🤔
I would love to brainstorm on that to see if it could use AngelList data to filter by which portfolio it is part of 🤔

Alexis Ohanian is someone that inspires me a lot, especially since I read Without Their Permission and watch Small Empires(I miss Small Empires 😪) several years ago 💯 I then discovered Garry Tan so I was following both before Initialized Capital.
What is Initialized Jobs ?
Initialized Jobs is a way for me to apply the advice I read in WTP by building something, while providing value without asking anyone's permission (I hope it's not a problem @alexisohanian@garrytan@kimmaicutler I tried to build the job board like your website, in case you want to use it 😉)
I wanted to help and celebrate his return to Initialized Capital and the recent investments made by IC so I decided to build a job board to show which Initialized Capital's portfolio startups are hiring right now. If you are someone looking for a job or one of the startups in this list, I hope this website will be useful for you 🙏
I would love to know what you think of it, what I should add or improve 🙌
PS : I tried to include every startup Initialized Capital invested in but I might have miss some so feel free to message me 😉
