Figma is an amazing collaborative tool for designers and developers. A while ago, we've got a feature called Variables, that brings designing UI/UX and prototyping to the next level.
One of the best things about Figma Variables is the option to switch between different modes. The only issue is, Figma isn't very generous when it comes to the amount of the modes for different pricing tiers. You can get more than 4 modes only in the Enterprise tier, which costs somewhere around $5k a year, which simply isn't viable for most of the designers. Some teams need even more than 40 modes, which is the maximum you get with an Enterprise tier.
The limitation has become a huge pain point for many designers and they try to overcome it by different "hacks", that just further complicate their work.
This plugin is here on a mission to ease every designer's life by offering infinite number of modes for native Figma variables by connecting multiple variable collections together, until Figma hears out the community and changes the pricing model. To find out more or to try the plugin, please visit the plugin's page.
