Hey everyone! I'm Kris, a full-time freelancer on Fiverr with 1,350+ completed orders and over $165K in revenue.
One thing that always frustrated me about freelancing platforms; their built-in stats are super limited! Want to know how much you made last month? Or how your income is growing year over year? Good luck digging through pages or exporting spreadsheets.
So, four years ago, I built my own Excel sheet to track everything; earnings, trends, progress. I also used Trello to stay on top of daily tasks and delivery notes. Not the most elegant setup, but it worked.
A few months ago, I realized I probably wasn’t the only one tired of juggling tools together. So I turned that system into something real:
