Hey Product Hunt community! 🎉 We’re excited to introduce Incerto Observability, an on-premise observability solution for fintech and brokerage firms that demand full control over their tech infrastructure. With the motto of #OwnYourObservability, Incerto stemmed from the need to address the dire gaps that SaaS observability solutions possessed. Here’s what makes Incerto stand out: Customizable and Controlled 100% On-Premise: Complete ownership of your observability data and operations. Tailor to Your Needs: Customize with RUM, NPM, APM, Audit Compliance and business analytics all in one platform. Powered by Flexibility Scalable Performance: Efficiently handle large-scale data with fixed costs and no surprises. Enhanced Control: Integrates seamlessly with your existing infrastructure while offering robust security and compliance features. 85+% cost-cut, guaranteed Some of the biggest players in fintech & brokerage (FYERS, Dhan, Alice Blue) have leveraged Incerto to breakaway from vendor lock-ins with SaaS and achieved more than 85% cost-cut (with a break-even in months!) We’ve closed 8 logos this year, with the goal to double that number before the year ends. We’d love your feedback! Congratulations on the launch, @shiva_pundir! Incerto Observability sounds like a compelling alternative for fintech and brokerage firms looking to take control of their data. I'm curious about the integration process—how easy is it for firms to migrate from their existing SaaS solutions to your on-premise setup? Additionally, you mentioned achieving over 85% cost reduction; can you elaborate on how this is calculated versus traditional SaaS models? Also, I'd love to understand more about the customization capabilities. Are there specific features available that allow businesses to tailor the platform to their unique compliance needs? This could really help companies ensure they are aligned with the latest regulations. Looking forward to hearing more from the Makers!

@elke_qin Thanks for your support! ### Migration ### We are Opentelemetry native, so you always have the option of just pointing the telemetry at the Incerto stack and getting going (if telemetry is open-telemetry compatible). If that isn't an option then the problem is the same as setting it up from scratch, which varies with what features you are looking for, the variety of services the company is using, and morel. Following are some historical numbers (These include time in back and forth as well) Setting up on Host Metrics (to observe infrastructure resources) : At max 1 week, at 1-2 days. Setting up only Logs : This depends heavily on logging patterns. Estimates 1 week - 3 weeks. We already have a good collection of Filelog Receivers, and OTTL transforms which fastracks the process. Setting up Complete Observability : The average time we experienced is 1.5 Months. We have an automated process of deploying DB clusters, Otel pipelines, and Grafana setup for existing dashboards, data sources, and alerts. For some clients who have hard constraints like VPCs without internet connectivity, it takes time to provision as well. The majority of time goes into Instrumentation, Custom Dashboards, and Custom Features. ### Cost Cut ### We charge only for the initial setup, which includes product charges and service charges for customization. 85% is the average cost cut we have seen, calculated as : (Monthly Infra charges of On-prem Observability) * 100 / Monthly SaaS charges The amount you pay us has a break-even of 3 months on average. This means 3 months of your SaaS vendor charges is what you pay us in total. This number is surprisingly constant across sizes of companies. These are in comparison with economical vendors like Signoz, and Newrelic. We will be happy to share the complete comparison, if you'd like that please ping us on support@incerto.in ### Customisations ### I will answer this by explaining what we implemented for one of our Brokerage clients. Audits were a major pain for them, auditors would ask for data about several clients, it took them days and weeks to reply back. We made a custom flow to store their PII data into Clickouse Cluster, and made custom dashboard that made sense to their compliance team, with features like exporting the data for list clients. They now do it in a matter of minutes. Customization capabilities stem from the fact that we use an extremely flexible stack and we have already solved for many custom use cases. If we currently don't have a plugin play solution, we put in manual efforts to build it for you!
